Shipping Policy

At Adventures with Presley, we want your order to arrive safe, sound, and wag-worthy! Whether it’s a treat for your pup or a gift for a fellow pet lover, we handle every package with care and a touch of tail-wagging excitement.
1. Processing Time
Once your order is placed, please allow 1–3 business days for us to prepare, pack, and ship your items.
Each order is lovingly prepared by hand — no rushing, no ruff edges!
If we’re experiencing a high volume of orders (especially around holidays or special events), processing may take a little longer. Don’t worry — we’ll keep you updated if there are any unexpected delays.
2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size/weight of your order.
You’ll see the total before you confirm your purchase.
Estimated delivery times:

Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

Expedited Shipping: 1–3 business days (available for most items)

Local Pickup or Delivery: Available for customers near Orange County, CA
(When available)
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or other paw-sible interruptions beyond our control.
3. Local Pickup & Delivery (When available)
For our local pack members, we offer free local pickup and optional delivery within select areas.
When choosing local pickup, you’ll receive an email or text notification when your order is ready — no chasing mail trucks required!
If you’d like local delivery, we’ll schedule a convenient drop-off time. (We love a good doorstep tail-wag moment!)
4. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package’s journey — from our paws to yours!
If your tracking info isn’t working right away, give it a day or two. Sometimes carriers need a little extra time to update their systems.
5. Lost or Delayed Packages
We wish every delivery went as smoothly as a belly rub, but sometimes packages can get delayed or misplaced.
If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated delivery time, please contact us right away from the site you ordered from.
We’ll do our best to help track it down and make things right.
Please note: once your package leaves our hands and is with the carrier, certain situations may be out of our control — but we’ll always do our best to help resolve issues.
6. Shipping Restrictions
We currently ship within the United States.
Unfortunately, we cannot ship to international addresses at this time.
Certain items (like perishable pet treats) may have additional shipping restrictions due to temperature sensitivity.
7. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, don’t growl — just contact us within 7 days of delivery at the site you ordered from.
Please include your order number and a photo of the issue so we can quickly fetch a replacement or issue a refund.
